We believe in the power of connection. All Innova program graduates are eligible to attend a monthly virtual meeting. These meetings offer a space to refresh skills, check-in, and encourage others on their journeys.
Monthly Zoom Calls
We offer monthly Zoom meetings for Innova Recovery alumni to check in and talk about real issues. These meetings are an opportunity for everyone to receive continued support on their road to recovery.
Alumni Support Group
Innova Recovery understands and respects the continuity of care, so even after you graduate from IOP we continue to provide support to you. We offer a support group once a week to those who have worked through IOP and need extra support.
Groups will focus on allowing time to process the week and then learning advanced DBT skills. Typically clients will join a group for 6 weeks. If you are interested in learning more about these groups or signing up please contact Innova Recovery's Alumni Coordinator.

The Center provides psychiatric and wraparound services for psychosocial rehabilitation, community referrals for medical and substance abuse treatment, peer support, and social assistance. Referrals for dual-diagnosed clients are received through the Felony and Misdemeanor Drug Courts.
By rehabilitating non-violent offenders with substance abuse and mental health issues, drug courts reduce the costs of confinement while we help people rebuild stable, productive lives. Participants are subjected to rigorous drug testing, probation visits, and 90 to 180 days of residential treatment. To graduate from the program, participants must attain a high school diploma or GED and secure full-time work.

A sober living home is a home or facility where one can enter who is recovering from a substance use disorder. This is the halfway point between inpatient services and returning home. If you or a loved one might struggle back at home while dealing with substance abuse, sober living might be a great alternative.
What Can I Expect in San Antonio Sober Living?
Sober living does not require that you are present all the time. It encourages you to step outside and re-enter the world. You might begin taking on your old tasks, starting back at school or your job, or maybe applying for a new job. Sober living is a healthy, supportive base you can use to grow and heal.
If you or a loved one could benefit from sober living, feel free to reach out to a Soba Texas representative and discuss how to become involved.

We use Omega Laboratories for testing the hair samples. Most attorneys and judges prefer Omega Laboratories testing because it utilizes GC/MS or LCL/MS testing on all hair tests, which provides the lowest threshold of detection from drugs of abuse.
Therefore, if drugs are ingested during the testing period, normally 90 days, we can detect it in the hair.
