Our newest program CARE connects families with a certified parent educator that provides the support they need to move from surviving to thriving. CARE is a free program that is designed to assist parents through mentoring, support and education. CARE will help provide a positive support system, will teach problem solving skills, connect you with resources and much more! We believe supporting healthy families builds a healthy community.

Family Well-Being: PAT educators believe anyone that is anyone that is important to your child is important to us. We work hard to support families and promote healthy family relationships.

Development-Centered Parenting: When parents are familiar with their child’s developmental milestones, they are more likely to have appropriate expectations in regard to their child’s behaviors, actions and reactions. PAT educators are trained experts in developmental milestones from birth to kindergarten!

Positive Parent Child Interaction: During each home visit, a parent-child activity will take place that encourages positive parent-child interaction AND facilities learning. Because a child’s brain grows the fastest the first 5 years of life, consistent and positive engagement is key!

Any family with a child of any age.

Having a child at an early age brings with it some long-term challenges, including financial hardship and the need for public assistance (WIC, Medicaid, Food Stamps, etc).

Young parents’ education is affected as well, including challenges to finishing high school and going to college which can result in a lower income in adulthood.

Luminary Ministries helps teens and young parents with a variety of classes, including a Parenting/Healthy relationships class “Love Notes”.

Luminary Ministries also helps young parents and their children through case management, emergency food, diapers, wipes, clothing, hygiene products, and more.

Every divorce will affect the kids involved. How they react depends on their age, personality, and the separation and divorce process circumstances. KidShare is a program that helps families nurture and protect the precious relationship between parents and their children in exceptional circumstances.

When encounters between estranged parents create an atmosphere of tension, anger, and fear, children suffer emotional and even physical consequences. KidShare creates a safe environment where children may be transferred from one parent to another without the parents ever coming in contact. KidShare is a neutral setting that enables parents and children to spend quality time together and build strong relationships while protecting the children from emotional damage or possible physical harm.

Our KidShare services include:

  • Neutral and safe settings for estranged parents to exchange children for visitation.
  • Court-ordered, supervised settings to protect children when visiting non-custodial parents.
  • Support groups for children in divorced and divorcing families.
  • They are helping Children Cope With Divorce seminars.
  • Counseling for custodial and non-custodial parents.
  • Counseling for children in divorced and divorcing families.
  • Parent education classes or workshops.
  • Therapeutic supervision to families where trained therapists help build a positive bond between parent and child.

We also offer Group Supervised Visitation designed for parents of infants, toddlers, and young children who must visit with their children under supervision.

Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment, a cost-effective means for parents to visit with their young children, and the opportunity for parents to learn positive child-rearing behaviors from each other and allow children of like ages to interact in a safe and healthy environment.

Our services are offered on a sliding scale fee based on your service needs.

Hours Monday: Counseling, administrative services, and exchanges only.

RBH believes that many issues are best addressed within the context of improving the family system. Often patterns of communication difficulties or poor conflict resolution strategies complicate presenting symptoms for an individual within the family. Many families today are facing significant stress, with numerous obligations and activities. Juggling responsibilities of both work and family life, many parents are stretched too thin. Time within the family is often limited to time in the car, going to school or sports activities, or doing homework.

RBH Family Systems Therapy works to help restore a healthy balance within the family in which all members can support and empathize with one another. Parenting strategies are offered to optimize communication, discipline, behavior modification, and expressions of love and support. Family Therapy is also ideal to help solve marital conflict and tension within a family system.

Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat many mental health disorders and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.

Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.

Depression and Anxiety: Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we can help you recover the motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

Trauma and PTSD: Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances (combat, sexual assault, abuse). Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing

Relationships: Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples and families who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and families to discuss issues and solutions.

Child and Adolescent: Childhood and adolescence are a struggle for many. Often circumstances or the same depression, fear, and anxiety impact adults and also prove to be problematic for children. Through counseling and treatment children and adolescents grow and develop.

Parenting: Therapy can include effective approaches to the challenges of parenting. The goal is to foster appropriate growth and development in the child from a positive perspective.

Developmental Delays: Developmental delays impact individuals and families. Our goal is to encourage adult living skills, improve social interaction, foster independence, and involve positive family interaction.

Most insurance accepted, call us if you have any questions.
