The purpose of the Single Family HOME Program is to expand the supply of decent, safe, affordable housing to eligible low-income households. CCSCT is also qualified to assist with set-aside funding for Disaster Relief and Persons with Disabilities. TBRA provides security and utility deposits, as well as rental subsidies for up to 24 months while the household engages in a self-sufficiency program. If available, additional funds may be set aside to provide assistance beyond 24 months for individuals meeting certain program requirements.

Applicants must have an income less than or equal to 80% of the Area Median Family Income as defined by HUD, reside within the designated service area counties including Medina County, and be willing to participate in a self-sufficiency program as a condition for receiving ongoing rental assistance.
