GreySheeters Anonymous is a peer-led twelve-step fellowship supporting compulsive eaters and individuals struggling with bingeing, purging, or undereating. The program helps members attain and sustain abstinence from compulsive eating through regular group meetings.
Participants follow a structured eating plan and utilize mutual community support to find freedom from food obsession. Meetings are available in person, by phone, and online.
The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop eating compulsively. There are no restrictions based on age, gender, or specific type of food issue.
There are no dues or fees for membership. The program is self-supporting through member contributions.
