Ability for Life is an online learning community providing video-based sexual and reproductive health education for adolescent girls and young women with physical disabilities.

The platform offers curated content covering topics such as managing periods, dating, and sexual health.

Designed in collaboration with health care providers, parents, and adolescents with disabilities, the program includes video modules tailored to different developmental stages to support the transition to adulthood and facilitate parent-adolescent conversations.

Adolescent girls and young adult women ages 10 to 19 years old with a physical disability, as well as their parents.

The program and online learning community resources are provided free of charge.
