Fortunate Families offers the Transgender Ministry of Accompaniment program, providing a 15-video series and educational group sessions for pastoral ministers, transgender individuals, families, and allies. The curriculum covers terminology, spiritual direction, medical realities, psychological considerations, family dynamics, and Catholic teaching.

Designed to foster understanding and community connection within a faith-based environment, the program facilitates guided group discussions on gender identity and pastoral support. It can be utilized by dioceses, schools, parishes, medical personnel, and LGBTQ+ ministries for ministry formation or group education.
