The vision of God's Messenger of Victorious People (GMOVP) is to create a supportive program for the unsheltered that removes barriers, provides access to local resources, and empowers individuals to transition from homelessness to wholeness.

GMOVP’s mission is to foster a loving community that helps the unsheltered overcome challenges, grow spiritually, and attain independence from homelessness.

GMOVP works directly with unsheltered individuals, assisting them in accessing resources and achieving independence.
