ATA’s Fitness Foundations program provides people with disabilities with an essential education in fitness training so that they can live an independent and healthy life. This program can be delivered in person or virtually.

Program Options:
- Virtual: Small Group - Best for at-home fitness needs
- Virtual 1-On-1 (Personal Training) -Best for people who want extra care or a dedicated coach
Cost: The needs of each group/1 on 1 are unique, and so we will customize a quote depending on the number of trainees and the length of the program.
