Practices

Cheerleaders will be required to attend a week-long evening "summer camp" 

• This time will be used to bond with teammates, learn the standard cheers, basic cheer jumps, stunting, and showmanship, as well as getting acclimated to working in the heat for extended periods before the season.
• Cheerleaders will be cheering at games during the hottest times of the day in August, September, and October. They need to be physically and mentally prepared for this!

Cheerleaders will automatically be registered for the team with which their grade coincides.

• Coaches will move athletes between teams on a case-by-case basis at their discretion.
  • Some examples where this could happen are: to make team members more spread out evenly among coaches within the whole program, siblings playing on other teams (this is not guaranteed, even if requested), or exceptional/above-average cheer skills.
• EACH CHEERLEADER MUST BE IN K-6th GRADE.
  • Homeschooled cheerleaders will be in the grade that they would have naturally progressed to by starting public school in the year that they turned 5 before September 1st

  • Freshmen | K-2nd 
  • JV | 3rd-4th 
  • Varsity | 5th-6th 

The registration fee is $215. For late registration, there is a $100 late registration fee that will be assessed.
