As a certified Direct Service Agency (DSA) in the CLASS Waiver program, Four K Health Care offers a broad spectrum of services, including:
- Habilitation Services: These individualized support services for people with disabilities help them learn and maintain daily living skills, promoting independence in their homes and communities.
- Respite Care: This temporary care service is designed to provide family caregivers with a much-needed break, ensuring their loved one continues to receive attentive, professional support in the interim.
- Recreational and Specialized Therapies: These include music therapy, massage therapy, aquatic therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and therapeutic horseback riding.

Eligible individuals must have a qualifying disability or related condition that originated before age 22, meet functional eligibility criteria for an intermediate care facility, and meet Medicaid financial eligibility requirements as established by the State of Texas.
Services are primarily covered through Medicaid via the Texas CLASS Waiver program.
