Breakthrough Employment is Champion Plaza’s job readiness initiative housed at Community Bible Church’s Southside campus. It serves neighbors with involvement in the criminal justice system at any stage and equips participants with the skills, confidence, and support needed to pursue meaningful employment.

Through focused training sessions, résumé development, interview preparation, and direct access to employers at our job fair, Breakthrough Employment equips participants with the tools and confidence they need to take their next step forward.
