This program provides comprehensive symptom and pain management, emotional and spiritual support, and end-of-life planning. Services are designed to maximize comfort, peace of mind, and quality of life, delivered directly in the patient's home or within an inpatient facility setting.

Patients must have a documented life-limiting or terminal illness with a medical prognosis of 6 months or less if the disease runs its normal course, as certified by a physician. Individuals must also choose to elect comfort and palliative care over curative treatments.

This program accepts Medicare and Medicaid, which fully cover certified hospice services.
