FlipAbilities offers adaptive gymnastics and rebound therapy designed to meet children where they are, focusing on their unique strengths rather than limitations.

Classes are tailored to individual goals, ranging from developing competitive gymnastics skills to building confidence, body awareness, coordination, and social skills. Younger athletes (age 4 and under) enjoy play-based, child-led sessions, often with parent participation, to ensure a successful and comfortable introduction to movement.

The program provides a supportive, inclusive environment for athletes with:

• autism
• ADHD
• Down syndrome
• cerebral palsy
• physical or developmental needs

Parental participation is required for ages 4 and under.

$13 per 30-minute class, paid monthly. Pricing for longer classes is available upon request.
