We provide grants through our Dreams Come True program to provide staff-assisted cruise vacations for families in desperate need.
We accept:
- A physician’s diagnosis, or
- Educational documentation such as a 504 Plan or IEP?
Documentation must be uploaded with your application. Applications submitted without proof of diagnosis cannot be reviewed.
